Janco Composites, Inc. was founded in 1973 as Janco Products, Inc. by Edson R. Jaques and Dennis Northam. Located in a small building in Mishawaka, Indiana, production started with a few employees, one oven, a grinder and a winder. The company grew quickly, and continues to grow through major facility expansions.

Today, Janco is housed in an over 80,000 square foot plant where more than 250 employees put their expertise to work manufacturing quality fiberglass reinforced plastic products for electrical distribution, power tool, and other industries worldwide. Doug Jaques, president, and Chuck Jaques, vice president of sales, are  committed to 

making Janco a global leader in the reinforced plastics industry. With a management team with over 100 years of combined experience in the reinforced fiberglass business, we continually strive to meet this goal.
